How to Use Your Calculator:

Using this template is completely effortless. Follow these simple steps to work out a pricing baseline for your freelance work:

1. Input Your Finances: Enter your Monthly Income Goal, Monthly Business Expenses, Tax / Buffer allowance, and expected Billable Hours Per Month. The PDF will automatically calculate your Minimum Hourly Rate and Suggested Rate Range.
2. Scope a Project: Enter the Estimated Project Hours for a new client project.
